It's the final day! and for some reason it's brown rice day!?
Day 7:
Brown rice, unsweetened fruit juices and vegetables: Eat as much as you can of this. Be sure to eat your soup at least once a day.

OMG! I ate the WHOLE PACK!!!

I LOST 4lbs!!!
YAY!! Thas really good! I also feel lighter too, which was my main aim!!
All in all, it wasn't too bad..I was able to stick to it quite well and it wasn't hard to fit into my daily life.
I'd recommend it!! :)
